Health extends beyond the clinic. Ongoing partnerships and community programs focus on education, prevention, and improving access to care across Orange County.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, extensive outreach efforts focused on supporting high-risk and hard-to-reach populations through testing, treatment, and education. These initiatives included collaboration with community-based organizations and public health partners to expand access and improve health outcomes.
Our Test to Treat Community Partners
In partnership with the Orange County Health Care Agency a series of programs inspired for youths were developed to promote mental wellness and reduce stigma. These programs created safe, accessible spaces for youth to engage, learn, and connect.
